Plan your next step
Compare the home and the delivery scope.
A useful quote starts with a specific model and destination. Keep the floor plan, selected options and property details together so different proposals cover comparable work.
Choose models worth comparing
Use the single wide and double wide catalogs to compare bedrooms, floor plans and nominal dimensions. Save two or three model names. Factory photos show examples; ask the Factory Direct team about current specifications and availability.
Check the authority for your exact address
Before committing to land or placement, confirm city limits, applicable restrictions and the responsible city or county office for your parcel. Elmendorf publishes building, manufactured-home transport and septic permit forms. A postal city name alone does not establish which requirements apply or whether a particular home is permitted.
Request a written delivery and installation scope
Send the delivery ZIP, land situation and buying timeframe with your pricing request. Ask for the home, options, transportation, installation, utility connections and site preparation to be identified separately, including exclusions and who arranges each part.
Confirm the next step with Factory Direct
An online inquiry starts a project review; it is not an installed-price guarantee or a delivery reservation. Your Factory Direct consultant can discuss the home you selected, what still needs checking and whether a store visit would help.
