Keep the model specifications consistent
Compare manufacturer, model, bedrooms, dimensions and chosen finishes. Use the photos and virtual tours to narrow your preferences, then ask the Factory Direct team to confirm the actual home specification and current availability.
Separate the mailing address from the jurisdiction
A property with a La Vernia or Adkins mailing address may need a different review from a property within city limits. Confirm the relevant city or county office, land-use restrictions, floodplain questions and any deed restrictions for the exact parcel. Do not treat a postal address or a nearby existing home as placement approval.
Review the full property and delivery proposal
Ask the proposal to identify delivery, installation, foundations or supports, site preparation and utility responsibilities separately from the home. Tell the team about narrow entrances, overhead obstructions, existing structures and any work still being planned.
Share the timing behind your price request
