What do I need to plan if a home is already there?

Plan the changeover

Take photos of the existing home, access, and utility connections. Gather any ownership documents you have.
Ask who would handle disconnecting utilities, removing the old home, and preparing the site for the next one.
Map out when you would need a place to stay and what must be complete before a new home can be delivered.
